Jessica Luppold Galoff

Jessica has always had a passion for business and for beauty. Jessica grew up in Pennsylvania in a family that owned and operated 5 service-oriented businesses. As a child, she would sit and watch people wait on customers and knew then that she wanted her life to have a positive impact on others.

Jessica attended Townson University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and a Minor in Math. Afterwards she began a career with MBNA Bank where she optimized her management and customer service skills. In 2005, she began her journey with a long-standing, 5 times Salon Today’s Top 200, salon in Delaware. Her previous corporate experience lent her the tools to build a successful business, but it wasn’t until she found the Summit Business model that her company truly blossomed into her dream Salon Company. She credits her success to her coach and team leader, Kierstin Nemer, as well as the amazing Summit family teaching, mentoring and guiding herself and her company through startup, to maximized profitability with sustainability and longevity.

Everyday Jessica wakes up and pinches herself because she gets to have this amazing life with amazing people.

“Everyone has the potential to become an encourager. You don’t have to be rich. You don’t have to be a genius. You don’t have to have it all together. All you have to do is care about people and initiate” John Maxwell
