Victoria Perry
Victoria began her career in the salon industry as a support staff member where she was amazed by how a great service experience transformed the confidence of guests. Victoria decided to leave college and attend The Salon Professional Academy (now Summit Salon Academy) in Perrysburg, Ohio where she began her career as an Esthetician. In 2008, she became a Summit Salon Owner. Since then the company has seen tremendous growth and has doubled their workforce of service providers. Her desire to help grow the future of the beauty industry led her to instructing at the Summit Salon Academy’s Esthetics program and advanced education classes. Victoria has a passion for the spa industry and believes that with proper systems and sound technical skill, service providers and salon/spa companies can achieve great success and reach their true potential.
ADDITIONAL INTERESTS & INSIGHTS
- Victoria is a Girl Scout Leader and loves to help young girls develop their community outreach and leadership skills.
- She loves to travel and uses continuing education classes as her outreach to do so.
- Victoria loves to organize charity events at her company! Her events raise money for Susan G. Komen NW Ohio in memory of their company founder, Denise Soto.
